Terms of Use
It is important to us that you have the best possible experience while using our service and that when you use it, you are fully aware of your respective legal rights and obligations. Cosmonautas is a platform that aims to help parents and teachers raise and educate their children and students from age 0 up to 6 years old. Cosmonautas provides courses, teaching materials, courses for teachers, mentoring sessions, and other related educational services.
Acceptance of the Terms of Use
The following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") govern your access to and use of the Cosmonautas website, services, and applications (the "App"), which are owned and operated by BHG Abroad Investments and Services LLC. Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start using the App. By using the App you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy, all incorporated herein by reference. If you do not wish to agree to these Terms of Use or any referenced policy, you must not access or use the App.
Changes to the Terms of Use
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the App thereafter. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by BHG Abroad Investments and Services LLC, operating as Cosmonautas.
You must not:
- Modify copies of any images from the App.
- Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.
- Delete or modify any copyright, trademark, or other rights notices from copies of materials from this site.
- Claim ownership of any code, image, text, or any other information authored or created by Cosmonautas.
Prohibited Jurisdictions
By using Cosmonautas services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in and are not a citizen or resident of any country subject to the United Nations Sanctions Lists or their equivalent, nor a country where usage of cryptocurrency is forbidden by applicable law.
Prohibited Uses
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the App:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, provincial, local, or international law or regulation.
- In any way that violates or attempts to violate the terms of any third parties that you use Cosmonautas to communicate with.
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Cosmonautas, a Cosmonautas employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App, or which may harm Cosmonautas or users of the App, or expose them to liability.
- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the App for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the App.
- Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the App, or for any other purpose not expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, without our prior written consent.
- Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the App, or any server, computer, or database connected to the App.
Cosmonautas does not provide services to minors.
Privacy Policy
All information we collect and how we store it is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Cosmonautas, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
Refund Policy
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review it before making any purchase on the platform.

If the App contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. If you decide to access any of the third-party apps or services linked to this App, you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such apps.

Services provided by Cosmonautas might not be legally allowed in certain jurisdictions. Please consult with qualified legal counsel to assess the appropriate use of the App or any of its contents in the jurisdiction(s) you intend to use the App. The owner of the App makes no representation or warranty as to the suitability for use, compliance, or other matter of law with respect to use in any jurisdiction. Translations
The App may contain translations of the English version of the content available on the App. These translations are provided only as a convenience. In the event of any conflict between the English language version and the translated version, the English language version shall take precedence. If you notice any inconsistencies, please report them to Cosmonautas staff.

Cosmonautas reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms of Use, including without limitation any violation arising from any user action performed through our services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE CANNOT AND DO NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THAT FILES AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOADING FROM THE INTERNET OR THE APP WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER DESTRUCTIVE CODE. YOUR USE OF THE APP, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE APP, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER COSMONAUTAS NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH COSMONAUTAS MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE APP. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, COSMONAUTAS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation on Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL COSMONAUTAS, ITS PARENT COMPANY BHG ABROAD INVESTMENTS AND SERVICES LLC, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, ANY APPS LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE APP OR SUCH OTHER APPS, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cosmonautas, BHG Abroad Investments and Services LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the App.
Limitation on Time to File Claims
ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE APP MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
Waiver and Severability
No waiver by Cosmonautas of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Cosmonautas to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
The Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and BHG Abroad Investments and Services LLC (operating as Cosmonautas) regarding the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the App.
Law Enforcement Inquiries
Cosmonautas will comply with any duly issued subpoena served through the proper legal channels. We will consider whether to respond to all other law enforcement inquiries on a case-by-case basis, and any such response is voluntary and made in our sole discretion.
