Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the Cosmonautas platform, operated by BHG Abroad Investments and Services LLC.

14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of your initial purchase of any subscription plan or individual product, without the need to provide justification. To request a refund, please contact us via email at mail@cosmonautas.com.br.

After the Refund Period
Once the 14-day refund period has expired, refunds will no longer be available. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Subscription Renewals
The right to a refund applies only to the initial purchase. Automatic subscription renewals are not eligible for a refund. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.

Cancellation of Subscriptions
When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. Once the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier (if available).

Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution. The exact processing time may vary.

Free Tier
We offer limited free access to certain features of the platform so that you can preview our content before committing to a paid plan.
